My background is food.
I graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC with a degree in Culinary Arts, and then studied at the University of Alabama for Restaurant & Hospitality Management. I’ve worked in kitchens, front-of-the-house, catering, and now my greatest challenge of all… I’m a mom. While I no longer cook professionally, food is still a giant part of my life and something I love to explore with my family. With newly found food allergies, I’ve had to shift the way I cook, and I would love to share that with you.
